感染与修复药理研究室

一、团队简介

感染与修复药理研究室紧紧围绕国家急需解决的困扰广大人民健康的疾病包括代谢性和炎性疾病靶器官感染免疫损伤等进行基础和临床转化研究,团队结合临床样本利用代谢组学、蛋白组学、糖生物学、糖芯片技术等先进研究手段和方法筛选新的疾病靶点,并在临床、动物和细胞水平进行验证和分子机制研究。以靶标及发病机制的核心环节为出发点,筛选天然产物有效成分或FDA批准药物,并对药物进行体外修饰和高分子材料包裹,提高药物生物利用度和病灶靶向性,为开发天然产物新用途及老药新用提供实验依据。团队共有成员7人,其中正高职2人,副高职3人,实验员1人,硕士生导师5人,江南大学至善教学名师1人,双创博士2人,海外研究经历者4人。团队近年来主持国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、无锡市自然科学基金、教育部重点实验室专项等十余项等,担任省级学会理事、青年委员等,承担省市级和校级教学课题多项,获得省市级和校级教学成果奖多项,发表高质量SCI论文近百篇,申请或授权国际和国内专利数十项。欢迎各位同学加入感染与修复药理研究室。

二、团队负责人简介

4308邱丽颖,女,教授,内科学博士,毕业于福建医科大学。现任江苏省高等学校医药教育研究会副理事长、江苏省药理学会常务理事、江苏省生理学会理事。主要从事与慢性病相关的血管机制与中药药理学研究。主要参与科技部重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金、教育部重点实验室专项等5项,主持省、市级科研项目4项,医院和企业委托项目10项。在Neural Regen Res, Acta Pharma Sinica,Physiology sinica, European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences,medicine hypotheses,Molecular Medicine Reports,International Journal of Molecular Medicine,药学学报、中国药理学通报、中国药学杂志、中成药等国内外期刊发表科研论文140余篇。授权专利3项,公开6项,获市及行业联合会等科技进步奖7项,参编专著2部。主持与主要参与科技部重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金等省级及以上科研项目10余项;以第一发明人已授权专利13项;近五年在国内外期刊发表科研论文15篇。曾主要负责教育部特色专业建设、省重中之重教改课题、省级精品课程建设等质量工程;主编国家规划教材3部;获得省、市级优秀教学成果奖9项。主讲课程获批江苏省首批线上一流课程。

三、团队成员简介

孙海建,男,病理生理学博士,校聘教授。南京医科大学病理学与病理生理学博士,新加坡国立大学博士后,主要从事代谢性和炎性疾病靶器官损伤和药物干预研究。近年来以第一作者和通讯作者在Gut、JAR、Redox Biology等发表SCI论文40余篇,中科院SCI期刊分区1区10篇,10分以上论文9篇。Google Scholar引用超2800次,H指数29。主持或完成国家自然基金面上项目、江苏省科协青年托举工程等项目。担任Burns & Trauma,Traditional Chinese Medicine等杂志青年编委,Front Pharmacol和Life杂志特邀编辑,担任Medicinal Research Reviews、Diabetes等期刊审稿人。

胡静,女,生物学博士,副教授,1979年生。博士毕业于德国柏林自由大学。主要从事糖化学生物学专业:一、天然糖类片段的免疫活性研究和挖掘;二、肿瘤精准诊疗和干细胞培养多功能糖基生物材料的研究开发。研究成果发表于Angew. Chem. Int. Edit.、Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等高水平杂志,发表SCI论文40余篇,其中一作或通讯作者30篇。授权国家发明专利15项,美国专利4项,主持国自然基金2项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项、江苏省青年基金1项、江苏省前沿引领技术基础专项子课题1项。

周跃涛,男,生理学博士,副教授;博士毕业于德国Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen大学,2018年与2021年分别在美国UCLA David Geffen医学院及Mayo Clinic开展学术研究。主要从事免疫系统相关的生理学功能及机制研究。已在J Biol Chem等著名国际学术期刊上发表SCI及其他论文30余篇,引用近500,受邀Frontiers in Immunology等SCI杂志任Reviewer,Guest editor角色。主持国家自然科学基金及省部级等多项科研项目。入选江苏省“双创计划”,通过无锡市太湖人才计划认定。现为德国生理学会会员,中国生理学会会员,江苏省生理学会青年委员兼教学委员。

徐非,女,生物学博士,副教授;主要从事慢性疾病的药理学研究。运用基因敲除小鼠模型及其他基因干预手段,研究自噬及自噬相关基因在免疫微环境中的调控作用。从事临床免疫调节药物扩大适应症研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,国家博士后项目1项、省部级项目1项、市科技发展项目1项,企业委托项目多项。参与国家自然科学基金(面上和国际重大项目)等5项。发表SCI论文20篇,其中以第一作者身份发表SCI论文9篇。担任江苏省生理学会青年委员会委员、江苏省生理学会科普委员会委员。

朱雪雪,女,江南大学无锡医学院讲师。2022年获德国Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen大学生理学博士学位。2023年1月起,在江南大学医学院工作。研究主要集中在糖尿病、高血压、血管钙化等血管损伤机制及干预。参与国家自然科学基金1项。在SCI杂志发表论文共17篇,其中以第一或共同第一作者发表SCI论文共10篇。

蔡维维,女,硕士,助理实验师,医学硕士,2014年毕业于江南大学,主要研究方向为肿瘤药理学研究。

侯豹,男,硕士,实验师,工学硕士,2017年毕业于江南大学,主要研究方向为慢性创伤愈合及关节炎研究。
