一、团队简介

感染与修复药理研究团队,紧紧围绕国家急需解决的困扰广大人民健康的重要问题进行基础和临床转化研究。团队将运用蛋白质组学和糖生物学的研究技术和手段对特定肝脏疾病中的糖蛋白或糖结合蛋白作为标志蛋白进行研究,并转化到临床进行验证;对标志蛋白及其糖链在发病机制中的表达和作用进行研究,并利用糖芯片技术建立新型的检测技术及开发检测产品;以靶标及发病机制的核心环节为出发点,筛选中药有效成分,并阐明作用机制,在治疗与预防水平挖掘祖国医学宝库,为开发中药新用途及预防用药提供实验依据。

团队共有成员7人,其中正高职2人,副高职2人,中职2人,实验员1人。

二、团队负责人简介

邱丽颖,女,教授,内科学博士,毕业于福建医科大学。现任江苏省高等学校医药教育研究会副理事长、江苏省药理学会常务理事、江苏省生理学会理事。主要从事与慢性病相关的血管机制与中药药理学研究。

主要参与科技部重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金、教育部重点实验室专项等5项,主持省、市级科研项目4项,医院和企业委托项目10项。在Neural Regen Res, Acta Pharma Sinica,Physiology sinica, European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences,medicine hypotheses,Molecular Medicine Reports,International Journal of Molecular Medicine,药学学报、中国药理学通报、中国药学杂志、中成药等国内外期刊发表科研论文140余篇。授权专利3项,公开6项,获市及行业联合会等科技进步奖7项,参编专著2部。

三、团队成员简介

胡静,女,江南大学无锡医学院副教授。德国Free University of Berlin生物化学博士,22011年至2013年分别在德国柏林夏略特医科大学(Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin)和德国杜伊斯堡-埃森大学(Universität Duisburg-Essen)医学院从事博士后研究工作。主要从事蛋白质科学和糖生物学的研究工作,目前研究的兴趣集中在与肝脏及肝炎病毒相关的糖生物学研究,并就相关工作与德国杜伊斯堡-埃森大学医学院、我校附属第五人民医院闻玉梅院士工作站开展密切合作。已在Glycobiology,Eur J Cell Biol,OBC等著名国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文11篇,拥有1项美国专利,获得多项国际学术组织和会议的奖励,以及“春晖杯”留学人员创新创业大赛优胜奖。

胡静博士现为江苏省高等学校医药教育研究会、德国生物化学和分子生物学会和美国糖生物学会会员。2013年入选无锡市“社会事业领军人才”,2015年入选江苏省“双创人才”计划。

周跃涛,男,江南大学无锡医学院副教授。德国 Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen 大学生物学博士,2013年至2016年师从德国前生理学会主席,肾病学会主席Florian Lang教授,在德国图宾根大学医学院及附属医院从事生理学研究,2014年在图宾根大学免疫学系从事适应型免疫学研究。主要从事免疫系统相关的生理学功能及机制研究,目前主要研究兴趣在于研究辅助型T细胞相关功能发生发展中的生理学机制,与德国图宾根大学生理学院,德国杜塞尔多夫大学免疫学系有紧密合作。已在J Biol Chem,J Cell Physiol等著名国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文11篇。周跃涛博士现为德国生理学会会员。2016年11月加入江南大学无锡医学院,从事教学科研工作。

陆忠华,男,江南大学附属无锡五院,肝病科主任医师。南京医科大学内科学及病理学与病理生理学双硕士,苏州大学感染病学博士。获得江苏省“六大人才高峰”项目资助,为江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”培养对象。

阎岩,女,江南大学附属无锡五院,主管医师。中国科学院武汉病毒所博士。从事病原微生物实验室诊断、抗病毒新药及疫苗的细胞及动物水平的研究,先后承担、参与国家级和省部级项目合计12项,曾参与国家863课题、973计划、国家自然科学技术基金项目的研究工作;主持完成了贵州省科学技术基金及卫生厅科学技术基金项目各1项;现主持南京医科大重点项目1项迄今,在The Journal of Immunology(IF=5.362)SCI期刊发表论文3篇,以第一作者发表论文合计15篇。首次报道了贵州省检出G I型诺如病毒。研究生阶段从事HIV及HSV-2新型疫苗及黏膜免疫的研究,通过临床前试验证明了效果及创新性,获发明专利1项。

孙海建,男,江南大学无锡医学院讲师。2016年获得南京医科大学病理学与病理生理学博士学位。研究主要集中在高血压和糖尿病中枢交感神经调控;高血压、动脉粥样硬化、血管损伤等血管病变分子机制研究,在过去5年共参与发表论文24篇,其中SCI论文23篇,第一作者已经发表7篇,累影响因子35分以上,另外一篇第一作者论文在投稿中。参与4项国家自然科学基金面上项目或青年基金,获得博士国家奖学金等荣誉。2016年7月加入江南大学无锡医学院,从事生理学的教研工作。

蔡维维,女,硕士,助理实验师,医学硕士,2011年毕业于江南大学,主要研究方向为肿瘤药理学研究。
