主任医师，学科带头人，江南大学硕士研究生导师（学术学位/专业学位）湖北医药学院研究生导师（专业学位）2007年河南医药大学硕士研究生毕业，获医学硕士学位。中国研究型医院协会精神卫生专业委员会委员、中国人体健康科技促进会精神卫生转化专委会常委、江苏省医学会心身与行为医学分会副主任委员、江苏省医学会精神病学专业委员会第十届委员会委员、江苏省医师协会精神病科医师分会第三届委员会委员、江苏省研究型医院协会睡眠医学专业委员会委员、无锡市医学会精神病学专委会副主任委员兼秘书长、无锡市精神科质控中心主任、无锡市医师协会心身医学专业委员会主任委员、无锡市心理学副理事长兼秘书长、无锡市预防医学会心理健康促进专业委员会副主任委员、《精神医学杂志》编委。
从事精神科临床、科研及教学工作20余年，曾在台湾大学工作卫生学院研修，参加中英牛津CBT培训，中德CBT进阶班培训，获得荣誉：江苏省新技术引进二等奖，无锡市科技进步三等奖，无锡市第十一届优秀科技工作者，无锡市第九届优秀医师奖，无锡市第五届十大医德标兵，中国康复医学会抗击新冠肺炎先进个人，无锡市医学后备拔尖人才。
