南京医科大学康复医学博士，康复医学、社会医学与卫生事业管理双硕士，康复医学副主任医师、中级心理治疗师、助理社会工作者，江南大学医学院专业学位型硕导，日本藤田医科大学访问学者。江南大学附属精神卫生中心（无锡市中心康复医院）康复医学科副主任。无锡市第二届“双百”中青年医疗卫生后备拔尖人才。现任中国女医师协会第二届康复医学专业委员会委员、中国康复医学会康复评定专业委员会委员、中国康复医学会脑功能检测与调控专业委员会青年工作组委员、江苏省康复医学会青年工作委员会常委、江苏省康复医学专科联盟第一届青年工作委员会常务委员、江苏省康复医学会第二届工伤康复专业委员会委员、无锡市医学会脑卒中学会委员、无锡市预防医学会心理健康促进专业委员会委员、无锡市心理学会监事。
从事康复医学专业临床、科研及教学工作16年，主要从事高级脑功能康复、神经调控、运动控制治疗及医工结合交叉技术在康复医学中的应用及研究。目前主持江苏省自然科学基金青年项目1项、江苏省卫健委项目1项、省社科项目1项、无锡市科技局项目1项、无锡市卫健委项目2项。获得江苏省卫生健康委新技术引进奖1项。发表脑卒中、高级脑功能康复相关SCI论文20余篇，累积影响因子达100+。
