病原感染与与免疫研究室

一、团队简介

病原性疾病是全球严峻的公共卫生挑战,持续威胁人类健康。病原体与宿主免疫系统的相互作用涉及病原体入侵识别、信号转导、免疫应答与逃逸。病原生物学团队立足上述关键科学问题,以疟原虫、华支睾吸虫、乙型肝炎病毒等代表性病原体为研究对象,系统开展以下方向的研究:

(1)病原体的感染入侵与致病机制;

(2)病原体诱导的免疫识别与应答机制;

(3)病原体的免疫逃逸与调控机制;

(4)病原性疾病的流行特征与防治策略;

(5)炎症及肿瘤的发生发展机制,以及天然产物的抗炎、抗肿瘤作用。

团队致力于从免疫调控与病原互作的全新视角,阐明感染性疾病的核心病理机制,为疾病防控、药物研发及临床转化提供科学支撑。

二、团队负责人简介

韩甦,江南大学医学院教授,博士生导师。2006年本科毕业于哈尔滨医科大学临床医学专业,2013年获病原生物学博士学位,之后进入中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫病预防控制所博士后流动站开展研究工作。一直从事华支睾吸虫、疟原虫的致病机制及免疫识别应答研究。目前研究方向为(1)疟原虫入侵及免疫逃避机制(2)疟疾疫苗开发(3)华支睾吸虫病的肝胆损伤机制。目前已发表国内外研究论文30余篇,先后主持国家自然科学面上基金1项,国家自然科学青年基金1项,黑龙江省优秀青年基金1项,中国博士后基金1项,中国博士后特别资助基金1项等;另参与国家自然科学基金以及多项省级、市级课题项目。获黑龙江省医药卫生科学技术三等奖1项(第一名)。授权国家发明专利2项。

三、团队成员简介

邓超,江南大学医学院副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为:外泌体对炎症的防治及其机制研究。主要包括(1)干细胞和其他来源外泌体对炎症性肠道疾病的调控作用及机制;(2)以外泌体作为药物载体实现靶向治疗的新型制剂研究。以第一作者或通讯作者在Gut、Journal of Controlled Release、Npj Precision Oncology、Journal of Colloid And Interface Science、International Journal of Pharmaceutics、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等中科院1区和2区TOP期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇;主持和参与包括国家自然科学基金、江苏省科技支撑计划项目,江苏省产学研项目及企业合作项目10余项;授权国家发明专利10余项,其中国际发明专利1项;获得教育部高等学校科学技术进步奖二等奖2项,江苏省科学技术奖二等奖2项。

柳又祎,江南大学医学院副教授,硕士生导师,江苏省2020年“双创博士”。主要研究方向:HBV感染与肝癌发生发展机制,肝癌肿瘤免疫微环境。目前主持国家与江苏省自然科学基金各1项,国家博士后科学基金项目1项、无锡市“太湖之光”基础研究1项。近5年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文10余篇。
